Senior Manager – Engineering Services (Ref.#SMES-210720W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Portfolio of Cyberport Campus consists of 4 phases of commercial development, Le Meridien Cyberport (Hotel), The Arcade, Waterfront Park and Cyberport Expansion.   

  • Reporting to Head of Engineering Services

  • Manage a group of projects related to Digitizing the Campus, Smart Living, Proof Of Concept (POC), New Initiatives, Energy Saving, etc.

  • Manage relationships with business partners and community companies of Cyberport to maximise the value delivered to Cyberport

  • Collaborate with different external companies and community companies to form new technology solutions and drive the projects for POC in the campus

  • Develop and manage all aspects of the projects to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, and ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective facilities systems and management in accordance with the company’s requirements and approved budgets

  • Provide hands on project management in Capex and Opex to ensure that they are done in quality, within budget and within the timeline approved by management with minimum supervision from supervisors. 

  • Supervise/ work with the out-sourced Facilities Management service partner

Requirements:

Senior Manager - Civil and Structural Engineering (Ref.#SMCSE-200721W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Project Director

  • Responsible for overall coordination and management of all aspects of civil and structural engineering design works including foundations, earthworks, roadworks, slope retaining works, other substructure and superstructure by consultants; works contractors’ construction progress, works quality, site operation, etc.

  • Provide technical inputs for structural design and consulting assignments

Senior Manager – Quantity Surveying (Ref.#SMQS-200721W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Project Director

  • Responsible for overall quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, cost control, procurement and tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, payment, certification and assessment of variations, etc.

  • Coordinate with consultants, client, contractors and other external parties to facilitate smooth project progress to achieve development objectives

  • Liaise with relevant parties on amendments, variations, claims, and/or breaches that could have impact on project in terms of cost and time

  • Handle daily leasing enquiry, complaints and all tenancy matters

Digital Marketing
